Visa
A visa must be obtained in your country at the Tanzanian embassy, or
at the airport on arrival.
Insurance
You will not be covered by any insurance from our company. It is
therefore recommended that you and your belongings be fully covered
by insurance for the duration of the safari, including trip
cancellation insurance, loss of personal effects and accidental
death or disability.
Liability
While maintaining all reasonable care and precautions for the
safety of our guests and their property, the company or its agents
or hunters shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage,
injury, illness or accident to their client or his equipment, or
any expenses arising therefrom. We urge you to take out medical,
hospitalisation and emergency evacuation insurance in your home
country. By booking and paying a deposit, you are deemed to have
accepted these liability and insurance clauses.
Cancellation
- Bookings will be confirmed upon receipt of a deposit of 50% of the
total daily rates with the balance due and payable 60 days before
start of the safari.
- All deposits are to be paid at least 90 days before start of the safari.
- All Governmental fees are payable prior to start of the safari.
- Trophy fees and personal charges, if any, are due and payable on the
last day of the safari.
- Payment should be in cash US dollars or US dollars travellers cheques.
No personal cheques or credit cards will be accepted.
- No refunds of deposit will be made if a cancellation occurs within
60 days of the contracted starting date of the safari. If cancelled
prior to the 60 day period, your deposit will be returned less 15%
administration fee.
